Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange flight bookings and cargo space reservations promptly based on instructions from the business team.
- Oversee the entire transportation process after receiving an order.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers involved in business transactions, accurately and promptly handling all related documents and ensuring efficient information feedback for optimal customer satisfaction.
- Confirm successful shipment of goods, send pre-alerts, issue bills of lading, and arrange for timely document release.
- Verify and manage accounts receivable and payable for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy and timely transactions.
- Report any unexpected issues or unresolved problems encountered during operations to the department head promptly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Familiar with the airline route layouts, pricing systems, and market structures in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong, and responsible for maintaining and improving the company's air freight pricing database. Candidates with experience in South and Central American air freight are preferred.
- Collect and organize freight rates for different routes, stay updated on the air cargo market, and track the latest industry developments.
- Monitor competitors and airline companies, gather market intelligence, and conduct both current market analysis and future trend forecasting.
- Provide effective pricing guidance for the company's sales team to align with customer needs.
- Assist the department manager with daily operations and administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher; candidates with extensive experience will be given priority.
- Strong market development skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficient customer-handling techniques.
- Proactive and responsible, passionate about the sales industry, willing to take on challenges, and capable of working under pressure with a strong sense of teamwork.
